How much do classes cost at the Augusta School of Real Estate?
-The cost of our 75 Hour Pre-License Salesperson class is $450. This cost includes a textbook that you will receive the first night of class
-The cost of our 25 Hour Post-License class is $250.
Do you offer any military discounts?
The Augusta School of Real Estate does not offer any discounts.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept personal checks, cash payments, money orders or you can pay directly online. Click to pay online. We require payment in full at the time of registration. Our 75 Hour Pre-License Class is $450 and Our 25 Hour Post License Class is $250. If a student decides to withdraw there will be no refunds, cancellations or transfers once registered and paid!!
What is the Augusta School of Real Estate’s passing rate?
-We have a 95% passing rate.
What grade do I need to pass the 75 Hour Pre-License class?
-Salespersons Pre-License students must achieve a passing score of at least 75% on the final examination to be certified as having successfully completed the course. Students who do not pass this exam are given the opportunity to take second exam. A failure on this exam will require the student to repeat all in-class instructions.
Can I miss any classes?
Students enrolled in the Pre-License class can have two absences, provided all homework assignments are completed and have at least 75 hours in-class for sales.
Once I pass my Pre-License class how do I register for the State Exam?
Salesperson Pre-License students who satisfactorily complete the course and receive a passing score on the final exam will be electronically registered with the state approved testing service. Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP). You will need to wait 48 hours before contacting them to schedule your state license examination. Online scheduling is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at: www.goAMP.com or you can call toll free at 1-800-345-6559. Continuing education students, upon satisfactory completion of a course will be registered online with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
What if I want to get licensed in SC?
Georgia and South Carolina work very well together. If you are a Georgia resident, once you are a licensed agent in Georgia, you can easily obtain a “South Carolina Reciprocal License” simply by paying a small fee and submitting an application. South Carolina residents with a Georgia primary license are required to also pass the State portion of the SC real estate exam. The reciprocal license will enable you to practice Real Estate in both South Carolina and Georgia.
I registered for a class but need to withdraw, can I get a refund?
Tuition is payable when students register for class. Materials will be distributed the first night of class. If a student decides to withdraw there will be no refunds, cancellations or transfers once registered and paid!!
